How much of your team’s brilliance is still waiting to be activated?

In a world of ambiguity and complexity, your team’s collective brilliance is your competitive edge.

We help teams think better, together.

“If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved its full potential, that word would be ‘meetings’.”

Dave Barry

Our why

Most organizations have no shortage of meetings, ideas or talented people.

But somewhere between all the talking, the silos, the never-ending waves of change, the context switching, the unspoken rules, and the elephants we skirt around - most of our collective potential remains dormant.

Well, that’s our work.

We activate collective brilliance through better thinking and better togetherness.

We believe that this is urgent and important work, and that our ability to think clearly, creatively and critically has never mattered more.

Your competitive advantage is your human brilliance.

Our team of highly experienced, big-hearted facilitators, trainers and coaches are united by our shared commitment to activating collective brilliance.

— Cassandra Goodman, Founder & Director, Collective Brilliance

Our approach

How your people treat each other drives how they feel, and think.

How they think drives the actions they take (or don’t take).

And those actions drive your results.

We help you improve the quality of your togetherness and the quality of your thinking - so you can deliver better results.

Our work is grounded in the Collective Brilliance System - an evidence-based framework that strengthens how people think and work, individually and together.

Our Collective Brilliance System

Our unique approach to activating collective brilliance combines two powerful, evidence-based frameworks: The Thinking Environment® and Internal Family Systems.

  • This element of our Collective Brilliance System focusses on growing the capability and capacity to stay connected to our true nature - while leading our many different ‘parts’.

  • This element of the system focusses on growing the capability and capacity to access our best thinking when it matters most.

  • This element of our system focusses on building the foundations of trust and teamwork that sustain aligned performance and innovation.

  • This element of our system focusses on co-creating and sustaining the conditions that activate fresh, clear, creative and critical thinking.
